Because we’re growing, we are looking for a Marketing Administrator to help with the production, management and implementation of various marketing campaigns. Responsibilities also include list building, prospecting, graphic design, ad management, and assisting with social media management.

Part Time List Administrator:

At LoyalITy, we help Wisconsin companies with their IT and cybersecurity needs. Because we’re growing, we’re looking for a list cleaner to help support our own rapid growth. We’re looking for a results-driven representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

List cleaning is a process of validating, appending and updating critical data points (fields and tags) on a contact record for accuracy in your database (list) of clients and prospects.

This includes (but is not limited to) their full name, title, mailing address, phone, extension, e-mail, industry, size of company, decision maker, etc., as well as ensuring duplicate records are not entered, segmenting clients from prospects and other information that would impact the marketing campaigns, messages and offers you make.

Responsibilities 

  • Cleaning our raw prospect data and add 100 cleaned company contacts per week to grow our prospect list. This requires working 20 hours a week.
    Managing our company Excel file with our raw list and clean list.
  • To complete at least a minimum of 50-100 dials per week to validate information.
  • To participate in daily huddles to report your progress, provide input, report problems, and get help with challenges you have.
  • To clean lists for targeted campaigns and lead lists for the sales reps.
  • To call our raw list to clean it. This will include making sure we have the correct contact name, address, phone number, and the approximate number of devices.
  • To complete all tasks set for you on time as directed.
  • Append data within the CRM.

Skills
• Proven work experience as a phone representative making outbound calls
• Basic computer skills including Excel
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12/hour
